UNC UNF machine screw tap and button die combination set

This is an new assortment we launched with fractions of inch sizes UNC and UNF, mainly for European and American Market.

The box is made by polyethylene, environmentally friendly and durable. The inlet is EVA with unique design, keeping the taps and dies in order and easy to reach.

It contains the commonly used sizes of UNC and UNF, including a NPT 1/8-27. And matched with GSR patent tap wrench and die stock, making people easy to get the job done.

All hand taps are made by High Speed Steel under ANSI dimensions, they work good no matter if you want to make new threads or just resharping.

All adjustable round dies are made with same outer diameter 1'' (25.4x9.6mm) matched with only one die stock in the same O/D

The pitch gauge sheets mostly are made by wire erosion, it is rust free, high precision and durable.

The quick change chuck is designed by GSR company, it is made precisely so the run-out of the chuck is under controlled. When matched with a power tool, you can get the job done easily.
